Come to the Street Parade in a relaxed and sustainable way - preferably by public transport.
Travel stress-free and environmentally friendly to the Street Parade - preferably by bus, train or streetcar. You can easily find the right connection at www.zvv.ch.www.zvv.ch.
We recommend arriving by public transport. There are no parking spaces in the city center, so long traffic jams are inevitable.
«Live Love, Love Life», a slogan that feels the pulse of the times. At the Street Parade, love is lived and life is loved. A unique, almost magical atmosphere pervades the city as it transforms into a colorful dreamland to the beat of the beats. Hundreds of thousands of people from the most diverse backgrounds - regardless of skin color, religion, sexual orientation or world view - unite to live the Street Parade lifestyle. «Live Love, Love Life»: Here, joie de vivre is celebrated in its most beautiful form: peaceful, respectful and full of energy.
Look after yourself and others
Too much alcohol will spoil your parade - and in combination with drugs it can be life-threatening. Instead, treat yourself to cheap, tasty soft drinks at the official points of sale.
Loud is cool - but protect your hearing! Avoid constant noise, use earplugs from «Baloise» and give yourself breaks. Small children do not belong at the parade, young people need special protection.
Don't let the cliché fool you: You can party without drugs - and how! Never mix substances - alcohol and party drugs can be life-threatening. Dealers don't care about your life. If you can't do without: Use the free, anonymous drug checking service from Saferparty.ch at Bürkliplatz. More safety, more information.
Most medical incidents at the Street Parade could be avoided with suitable footwear! Anyone wearing sandals, flip-flops, open-toed or fabric shoes risks cuts on their feet. With sturdy sneakers, such injuries are avoided and dancing is even easier.
Large events attract thieves. They often find ideal conditions to ply their trade in the crowds. Therefore: Celebrate at the Street Parade without valuable jewelry and with as little cash as possible so that the exuberant mood and joy continues after the party.
When the sun is shining, everyone who doesn't want to spend the night as a light bulb should protect themselves. Too much sun/sunburn can lead to illness years later! In hot, sunny weather, always seek out shady spots and don't dance in the blazing sun for too long (risk of overheating)!
Heavy crowds can be avoided: If it gets tight, avoid the bottleneck via side streets. Please observe and follow the instructions of the security and Street Parade staff.
Diseases whose pathogens can be transmitted during sexual contact (but not only!) are still widespread and are on the rise. Always protect yourself with a condom and avoid unsafe sexual practices! Be especially careful after consuming alcohol or a long night of partying...
Garbage should be thrown in the bins provided and never in bushes or parking areas.
Do not take any glass bottles to the parade! Broken glass can cause injury! There are plenty of drinks to buy at the official Street Parade sales points.
If you have respect for others, don't pee just anywhere: find a toilet and avoid house walls and gardens.
Respect the privacy of others. Cheap chat-up lines are not welcome. Anyone who feels harassed can contact our security at any time.
Help when help is needed and inform our security staff, who can be found in front of every Love Mobile or at the security help points. Doing good for others makes you happier.
The overhead lines are under high voltage during the parade. So do not touch the wires under any circumstances!
Warm weather invites you to dive into the cool water. But there are dangers lurking on and under the water. Important: Please adhere to the usual bathing rules (https://www.slrg.ch/de/praevention/slrg-regeln/baderegeln)
Please protect the parks and green spaces! Camping in parks is not tolerated.
Leave the guns at home. Being showered involuntarily is no fun. Anyone who aims water pistols at Love Mobiles (technical equipment!) or is out to ‘hose down girls’ is outing themselves as a low-current brain cell.
Take advantage of the numerous favourable train connections! The parade route and the party locations in Zurich are easily accessible by public transport. They operate 24 hours a day during the Street Parade weekend.
You can take off at the parade, but please avoid the traffic lights, traffic signals, trees and bus shelters.
Hydration is very important, especially when the weather is nice. Buying from our official drinks stands supports the parade. Please do not bring glass bottles to the parade.
We love Street Parade! Und du?
